The first tag reads "Grandma's Garden Blooming In Love" -- Personalize this tag with any name for Grandma -- for example Grandma, Nana, Nanny, etc

The second reads the grandchildren's names -- list up to 12 names. Names will be separated 5 names per tag.
Include up to 12 first names
Include the birthdays for each name

The additional tags feature the birth flowers for each grandchild listed top to bottom.

- Measurements will vary depending on how many tags you order.
- Personalized tag is an off white color with black lettering. Single sided text.
