COVID-19

For the majority of our shipments we use USPS as our shipping partner. USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience as your package may take longer than expected to reach you. 

Shipping

All custom made-to-order items ship quickly within 2-7 business days from our warehouse in Southern California. When we run a sale and/or during holiday seasons shipping might be delayed; however, our team will work as quickly as possible to ship your order promptly. 
Most items ship first class mail, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. We will send you an email once your order ships with tracking information. 

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. 

Damaged Items

We will replace damaged items, no refunds. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to inform us of damage to receive a replacement. Please provide photos of damage if possible.
